A representative villa from the late 19th century, located in the prestigious district of Teplice, is the work of one of the leading German architects of the time, Herrmann Rudolph. The expensive reconstruction that the house underwent in 2017 made it possible to excel in the elements of symbolism and decadence from the period of the greatest expansion of Art Nouveau.

The villa has a floor area of 870 m2 and consists of 14 rooms, 4 bathrooms with underfloor heating, 6 separate toilets and a sufficiently large cellar. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, four rooms and a separate relaxation room with sauna, massage counter, kitchen and bathroom. The whole house is dominated by an oak staircase with an original wrought-iron railing. In the center of staircase is a seven and a half meter long crystal chandelier. A distinctive room on the first floor is a ballroom with an Italian marble fireplace, then there is a relaxation lounge, a large kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a private dressing room and, bathroom, and separately a guest bathroom. Air-conditioning is installed on the attic floor which consists of five rooms and two bathrooms. There are wooden balconies, some of which connect individual rooms.

Maintaining the character of the villa was an important priority during a major renovation in 2002, when a new slate roof, facade and beamed ceilings were replaced with reinforced concrete. The interior of the house was revitalised in high quality during 2017. In addition to Italian wallpapers, some of the rooms boast Venetian stucco walls.
There is a 120-year-old piano in one of the lower rooms imported from Vienna. That is the city from where also the Orion chandelier come from. Massive Simex furniture was brought from Romania. There is an alarm in the house and the whole plot is supervised by a camera system. On the plot there is a heated two-story garage for two cars.

The town of Teplice is known primarily as an important spa place, located 15 km west of Ústí nad Labem and 74 km from the capital city of Prague, in the basin between the Bohemian Central Mountains and the Ore Mountains. The first surviving mention of the thermal springs are from 762, but the mention of the town dates back to 1057.
